Robbins & Lloyd offers real estate continuing education with a full classroom schedule, and a home-study program, and from a non-residential perspective a Commercial program is also available. Completion of Courses 1, 2, 3, and 4 and passing the exam at the end of each course fulfills the statutory Real Estate Continuing Education requirement of the State of Wisconsin for 2007-2008. Each classroom-delivered course (all courses are offered at Robbins & Lloyd Career Training Institute, 11801 West Silver Spring Drive, Suite 200, Milwaukee, WI 53225) takes approximately 3 hours plus the time for the exam. Our instructors have written the exams. The courses do not have to be taken in sequential order.

Real estate licensees who earned either their original sales or broker license after January 1, 2007 ARE NOT REQUIRED to take the continuing education courses in order to renew their real estate licenses. The 4 courses (12/hrs)are required of all licensees; Course 4 - Issues Relating to Real Estate Professional Ethics and Fair Housing is GMAR/NAR approved. Robbins & Lloyd and its instructors are DRL approved to teach these courses. Classroom CE courses are CLE approved and Minnesota CE approved.
