All appraisal licensees are required to complete 28 hours of continuing education in each biennium - bienniums end on December 31st of every odd numbered year.

We are not offering any appraisal continuing education classroom courses this biennium. Please go to the Appraisal Continuing Education Homestudy section below for available courses or search under education on Wisconsin Chapter of the Appraisal website at www.wisai.com.

We are pleased to announce that we are now offering Wisconsin Appraisal Continuing Education courses on the Internet. You can complete your hours at home or wherever you have a computer and you can do it on your schedule.

Once registered, there is no refund.

COURSE EXPIRATION AND REVIEW
All course lessons on the computer must be completed within 180 days from the date of enrollment. Access to the computer lessons will expire at midnight on the 180th day after enrollment. Each student has 90 days to access and review the course content after they have completed the last lesson in a course.

END OF COURSE EXAMINATIONS AND GRADING POLICY
Scheduling End of Course Examination: For students taking courses that require an end of course exam, you must call (1-414-464-0800 or WI toll free 1-800-567 4494) or email Sherrym@RobbinsLloyd.com to schedule your end of course exam.

All qualifying courses require a proctored end of course examination. If you are taking the 75-hour or 90-hour qualifying course, you will be required to take a two-part (A & B) end of course examination. For part A, you must pass the exam with a minimum score of 75 percent correct. For part B, you must pass the exam with a minimum score of 74 percent correct.

Should you fail either Part twice, you must re-register and repeat the entire course from the beginning before taking the end of course examination again. A discounted re- enrollment fee will be charged. Please contact Robbins & Lloyd Career Training Institute for details.
